Overview

Barton Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Robot Programmer, Tube Welder, and Fabricator to join their client's manufacturing team in Bartlett, Illinois. This position offers a positive work atmosphere and requires candidates to be reliable and safety-oriented.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and operate tube mills/welders for tubing fabrication
  • Load strip and guides through rolls for welding process
  • Adjust welding equipment to achieve proper weld quality
  • Cut tubing to length and manage temporary storage
  • Perform burst tests to verify weld integrity
  • Change out weld rolls and blades as necessary
  • Conduct quality checks on welded sections
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
