Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a Weld Production Supervisor for the 1st Shift in West Bend, Wisconsin. This role involves overseeing a team of welders and robotic weld operators, ensuring compliance with safety and production standards while fostering a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to a team of welders and robotic weld operators
  • Ensure production quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures
  • Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences
  • Monitor output and ensure compliance with performance standards
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in production methods and employee motivation

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication
  • Experience with robotic welding equipment
