Overview

Shoup Legal is seeking a Welcome Team Coordinator to join their estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm in Murrieta, California. This role requires a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for client interactions, data entry, and lead generation, while ensuring a smooth transition for new clients into the firm's services.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth meetings with potential new clients to perform a needs analysis
  • Maintain a tracking system for leads, new clients, and referral sources
  • Enter client data in the case management system
  • Follow up with potential new clients
  • Find and participate in networking activities for the firm
  • Work with the Marketing Assistant to plan networking activities
  • Produce weekly lead conversion and cost of acquisition reports
  • Oversee the transition of new cases to the legal team
  • Manage client feedback and reviews

Required skills

  • Minimum two years of telephone experience
  • Minimum one year of data entry experience
  • Keyboarding ability of 40 words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a high volume customer service role
  • Empathy and ability to engage different personalities
  • Sales skills to create urgency and promote value
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new topics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and cloud-based software
  • Strong team player demonstrating respect and integrity
