Overview

The Wealth Services Coordinator at Community Financial Services Bank is responsible for supporting the growth of CFSB Investments through marketing coordination, client relations, and operational support for financial advisors. The role involves a blend of administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to promote CFSB Investments
  • Manage and maintain the department's social media presence
  • Assist in developing marketing materials like brochures and digital content
  • Ensure compliance of marketing and advertising efforts with regulations
  • Coordinate branding and promotional materials for events
  • Track and report on marketing activities and campaign effectiveness
  • Plan and coordinate client events and educational workshops
  • Manage event logistics including budgeting and vendor coordination
  • Represent the department at community events and networking opportunities
  • Conduct internal referral training across all markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with front-line team members
  • Document and maintain client interactions and marketing activities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors
  • Answer client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized client files in compliance with standards
