Steinbacher Goodall & Yurchak is seeking a Wealth Protection Planning Attorney to join their growing law firm in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is aimed at a legal professional dedicated to providing personalized estate planning and elder law solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft wills, trusts, and ancillary documents using firm templates and legal software.
  • Review documents with clients and ensure their plans align with goals.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
  • Represent the firm in community boards and committees.
  • Recommend process enhancements for client file management.
  • Conduct review meetings to ensure estate plans remain aligned with client needs.

Required skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in Estate Planning or Elder Law.
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Current license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
