Overview

As a Wealth Advisor at PNC Wealth Management located in McLean, Virginia, you will provide tailored financial advice and strategic planning to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role requires collaboration with Wealth Strategists to develop customized financial solutions and ensure a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities

  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients.
  • Grow and retain an investment and insurance book of business.
  • Manage client relationships through business development and networking.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor financial plans and recommend changes as necessary.
  • Educate internal business partners on investment opportunities and drive client engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) licenses required
  • Life and Health Insurance license required
  • Customer experience management
  • Client relationship management
  • Financial analysis and modeling
  • Coaching and educating others
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
