Overview

Hilltop Quarry, part of The H&K Group, is seeking a Water Truck Driver/Laborer to operate a water truck for dust suppression and support quarry production. This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, with no CDL required.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate water truck to transport and dump water for dust suppression
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections of the truck daily
  • Drive safely and efficiently to meet production goals
  • Inspect roadways to determine dust suppression needs
  • Conduct routine maintenance on the truck, including lubrication and cleaning
  • Water roads for dust control and assist with general clean-up
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to utilize appropriate PPE as needed
  • Physical ability to meet job requirements
