Overview:Safely maintain, repair and rehab equipment in multiple areas within the Maintenance Division; Plumbing, HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment Repair, Carpentry, Painting, Aquatic Systems & Water Quality. Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining all attractions, facilities, grounds and structures dailyPerform visual and physical inspections of assigned areasPerform rehab work on assigned areasMaintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various items, equipment and locationsPerform routine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipmentAssist with keeping a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenanceConduct ongoing Water Quality testing and record resultsRespond to, troubleshoot, and resolve attraction downtime instancesEffectively and professionally, communicate and coordinate with other departments within the parkComply with company procedures, policies and safety standardsHelp to ensure compliance with government codes and corporate mandates Qualifications:Experience in Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Aquatic Systems and Water Quality a plusCPO certification a plus - training provided upon hireMust be able to troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow AssociatesMust possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of devicesMust possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 150ft., crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehiclesAbility and willingness to work any shift including weekends and holidays as neededHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust have a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully complete equipment training and OSHA training
