About the RoleMills James is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician / Driver to support our fast-paced Live Events operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team that delivers exceptional event production services across Ohio, the Midwest, and beyond. Applicant will participate in all aspects of our Warehouse Operations.Key Responsibilities• Order Preparation and Delivery: Accurately prepare, stage, and load equipment for scheduled deliveries and pickups.• Driving Duties: Operate company vehicles, including box trucks, to transport audiovisual equipment locally and regionally. Occasional long-distance travel within the continental U.S. may be required.• Inventory Control: Assist with receiving, stocking, and managing inventory with a high degree of accuracy. Notify team leads of any equipment maintenance or repair needs.• Warehouse Operations: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools and equipment safely and efficiently.• Workplace Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse space. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.• Customer Service and Team Support: Represent Mills James professionally on job sites and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to clients and colleagues.Qualifications• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or equipment handling experience. Experience with audiovisual equipment is a strong plus.• Licensing: Valid driver's license required. Must be able and willing to obtain a Medical Card and a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
