Overview

The Warehouse Technician at JTS is responsible for managing inventory control, streamlining warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient material delivery to production teams. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational quality and precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize storage areas and implement labeling systems to streamline warehouse operations
  • Manage inventory using MRP software (Dynamics 365) to monitor stock levels and analyze demand trends
  • Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming materials for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams for material availability and accurate forecasting
  • Lead inventory control initiatives including cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities ensuring on-time delivery
  • Enforce warehouse safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and safety checklists

Required skills

  • 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse technician role
