Overview

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift in Oklahoma City. The role involves a variety of tasks related to the receipt, storage, and issuing of materials, with adherence to specific military standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform inventory actions and manage the stowage of materials according to MIL-STD 129N.
  • Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of materials per DLA regulations.
  • Load and unload materials using Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
  • Input and receive data from Distribution Standard System (DSS) and other automated systems.
  • Count, weigh, record data, and apply tags and labels to inventory.
  • Prepare reports related to distribution functions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and obtain necessary licenses.

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in material handling, supply, or distribution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Distribution Standard System (DSS)
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license
  • Valid driver's license
