Overview

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker for a part-time position on the 2nd shift in Kerhonkson, New York. Associates will work primarily in order picking, restocking, and general cleaning duties while ensuring adherence to safety procedures. This role requires a commitment to productivity and safety as part of the Staples Supply Chain Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely
  • Restock shelves and prepare work areas for the next shift
  • Select product and pack totes while moving merchandise
  • Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties
  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work effectively with colleagues and customers

Required skills

  • Ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills
  • Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with temperature variations
  • Prior warehouse or relevant experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
