Overview

Impact Property Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Billing Clerk who will be the frontline representative for customer service and administrative tasks. This role involves managing billing, scheduling installations, and guiding customer service representatives in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule installations and resolve emergency issues
  • Provide training for new employees
  • Handle service issues beyond agent capability
  • Enter flooring and manufactured good selections into the computer database within 24-48 hours
  • Assist with billing administration and adjust orders for subcontractors
  • Answer phone calls and address flooring installer's inquiries
  • Enter revisions and changes to orders as necessary
  • Resolve problems related to data entry procedures

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or general office experience
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Experience with RFMS systems is a plus
