Overview

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Associates to work at Flexport in Phillipsburg, NJ. This role involves critical tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse in a fast-paced environment, providing a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and put away inventory
  • Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
  • Load boxes into trucks for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Scan and label inventory items
  • Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to use carts, dollies, and hand trucks
  • Ability to go up and down stairs and work at heights up to 40 feet
