Overview

Bosch is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in El Paso, Texas. This role involves the daily operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment to manage shipping, receiving, and storage of automotive parts and materials, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment
  • Use hand-held RF scanners for inventory management
  • Perform shipping, receiving, and storage functions
  • Prepare and pack materials for shipment
  • Verify materials and quantities against shipments
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area following 6S guidelines
  • Report any equipment or facility damage immediately
  • Achieve established local productivity and quality goals

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of Forklift experience
  • Experience with Order Picker/Cherry Picker and Fixed Mast Reach Truck
  • OSHA certification of powered industrial trucks
  • Proficient in English (reading and writing)
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with warehouse management systems like SAP
