What You'll Do:As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly: Receive, organize, and manage incoming materials Load trucks safely and efficiently for daily deliveries Pick and prepare orders for customers and deliveries Verify order accuracy and secure loads according to DOT standards Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers Support general warehouse operations including shipping and receiving Follow all safety procedures and use required equipment What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs regularly (occasionally more) Physical ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Positive attitude and team-first mindset Clean driving record Ability to work Monday - Friday with overtime during busy seasons Ready to Build Your Future?If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow with a company that invest in its people, we want to hear from you.Apply today and start building your career with Richards Building Supply!Richards Building Supply is a wholesale building material distributor serving 15 states with over 65 locations!
