You'll drive the development, integration, and adoption of digital platforms, underwriting tools, and product capabilities that enable a modern, consistent, and scalable agent and customer experience. The VP also provides deep technical and underwriting expertise while collaborating with cross-functional partners, including underwriting, technology, operations, actuarial, data science, and regional leadership, to strengthen portfolio performance, expand market opportunities, and promote disciplined, profitable growth.
