Technical Accounting & Compliance Oversee all ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription/monitoring services, installation revenue, multi-element arrangements, and contract modifications. Lead all ASC 842 lease accounting, including fleet, real estate, equipment, and embedded lease assessments. Ensure compliance with GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal accounting policies. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with precision, timeliness, and completeness. Prepare and review technical accounting memos and provide guidance to business stakeholders. Financial Reporting & Controls Oversee consolidated financial statements, management reporting, variance analysis, and audit support.
