Whether you are pursuing a degree in healthcare, behavioral health, psychology, counseling, social work, public health, education, business, communications, nonprofit leadership, public administration, ministry, artificial intelligence, computer science, data analytics, or another discipline, this fellowship offers meaningful opportunities to apply your education while developing professional experience that distinguishes you in today's workforce. Three Participation Pathways Academic Credit Fellowship Students may complete the Titan of Life Fellowship to satisfy internship, practicum, service-learning, capstone, or independent study requirements. "Coaching is empire-building," Mr. Burks writes. "Every conversation where you invest in someone else's growth is a brick in something that will outlast you." He has been coaching at Terre Haute South Vigo High School since 1987 football, and then basketball beginning in 2005. He is now in his late sixties. He is still on the sideline. He has been on that sideline alongside an executive career at one of Indiana's most prominent behavioral health organizations. When you ask him why why, after nearly four decades of coaching alongside running a five-hundred-person institution, he has not simply retired from the sideline and focused on the office the answer is inside the book. The coaching and the leadership are not two things. They are one thing, pursued in two venues.
