Overview

Ashley | The Wellsville Group is seeking a creative and hands-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance their showroom experience in Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn, Ohio. The role involves styling displays with home décor and accessories to create inspiring and visually engaging spaces that captivate customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain stylish showroom displays and lifestyle setups
  • Accessorize spaces with wall art, rugs, lamps, and tabletop décor
  • Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the showroom floor and accessory areas
  • Assist with inventory management and product tagging
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams for product movement
  • Handle returned or damaged merchandise efficiently

Required skills

  • Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Creative eye for design and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with inventory and purchase order systems
  • Willingness to travel between showroom locations
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
  • Comfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, and kneeling
