Visual Merchandising Mgr requires 5+ years of CNC Programming & Machining experience with the majority of this time related specifically to injection molds Experience in visual merchandising, sample coordination, showroom operations, retail, wholesale, apparel, or a related environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain an orderly and well-presented showroom and sample area. Keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation, with the ability to dress and maintain the showroom to a high standard. Comfortable receiving, unpacking, sorting, steaming, hanging, folding, organizing, and preparing apparel for professional presentations. Ability to follow merchandising direction, assortment plans, and catalogs. Comfortable maintaining and tracking samples, including organizing product, returning samples to their correct locations, and identifying missing or misplaced items. Ability to pack and ship samples to Sales team members and accounts with appropriate care and professional presentation. Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move samples, boxes, and materials weighing up to 30 lbs. Comfortable moving rolling racks, unpacking and packing boxes, dressing mannequins, steaming garments, and organizing product. Ability to bend, reach, lift, and work at varying heights when organizing racks, shelving, fixtures, and sample storage. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the showroom/work floor for extended periods when required.
