The Virtual Banker at First National Bank Texas is responsible for providing customer support through various channels including calls, live chat, and email. The role emphasizes professionalism, problem-solving, and relationship building while ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are addressed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, secure messages, and email
  • Toggle between multiple applications while providing customer support
  • Handle customer service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Cross-sell bank services and products
  • Research and prepare responses to customer complaints and inquiries
  • Build lasting relationships and create positive customer experiences
  • Resolve operational and technical issues following established policies
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines
  • Be available to work all weekdays and holidays during bank operating hours
