Overview

The Vice President US Transfer Agency Product at BNY will play a crucial role within the Fund and Investor Solutions team, focusing on enhancing client systems and collaborating closely with various stakeholders. This position is vital for ensuring timely delivery of solutions and improving processes in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Platform Leadership to prioritize client system development requirements
  • Provide ongoing engineering and product support while addressing issues and identifying opportunities for enhancements
  • Document and communicate business requirements effectively
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinating all levels of testing
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in financial services, particularly Mutual Funds, ETFs, Alternatives, and Digital Assets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • Client-facing experience required
