The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding this culture across the entire employee experience, from onboarding to professional development. This includes overseeing the People Business Partner and Learning & Development teams, ensuring that the strategic talent partnership and world-class learning ecosystem are in place to support the company's growth. The role demands a strategic architect with a data-informed, human-first approach, who can also serve as a culture guardian and is adept at using people analytics to drive performance and retention. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of people leadership experience, with a strong background in both business partnering and learning/talent development. A deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its metrics is essential, as is a proven track record in change management and executive presence.
