Overview

Weichert Workforce Mobility is seeking a Vice President of Client Relations for Global Engagements. This remote role focuses on the strategic oversight and leadership of complex global client engagements, ensuring alignment and long-term relationships between Weichert and its clients. The VP will work closely with senior executives and program leadership to innovate and enhance mobility solutions that align with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data insights and operational metrics.
  • Assess service delivery performance and correct gaps in global consistency.
  • Execute strategic account planning and communication strategies.
  • Provide forward-looking mobility insights tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Advisory Services to implement policy modifications.
  • Monitor and report on client key program metrics and trends.
  • Engage with clients at various levels to address needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for additional Weichert solutions supporting client goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • GMS-T and CRP preferred.
  • Seven or more years of leadership experience in global mobility.
  • Experience with managing large global enterprise accounts.
  • Expertise in domestic and international mobility management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong finance skills to evaluate data and estimate cost impacts.
