The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that delivers fund accounting services for complex private equity structures. This role involves overseeing NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor allocations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and managing client relationships. The Vice President will also be expected to drive strategic initiatives to support business growth, collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, reporting, and process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President, Fund Accounting - Private Assets position at the company should have a degree in accounting, finance, or economics, with a professional designation such as CPA, CFA, or CA preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in public or private equity fund accounting is required, along with proven leadership experience in a VP or equivalent role.
