Vice President, Finance & Operations About the Company Well-established hospital foundation Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Non Profit Employees 11-50 About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, Finance & Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational oversight of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive oversight of financial management, investment governance, people operations, technology and information systems, data and business intelligence, and corporate services. This role is critical in ensuring the Foundation has the financial strength, organizational capacity, and operational infrastructure to support its strategic priorities, annual fundraising growth, and future comprehensive campaign initiatives. The Vice President will also lead the Foundation's governance and corporate services framework, provide strategic leadership for technology and information systems, and oversee the Foundation's people strategies to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance & Operations position at the company should hold a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and a university degree in a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in finance and corporate services, with a preference for those with a background in the charitable, healthcare, public sector, or broader not-for-profit environment, is required.
