The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in food or confectionery manufacturing, dedicated to driving the engineering strategy and technical execution of the company's manufacturing systems. This pivotal role involves leading the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, production lines, and facility infrastructure. The Vice President will also be responsible for directing capital engineering projects, overseeing manufacturing and maintenance engineering, and ensuring that all systems meet regulatory, food safety, and quality standards. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a professional engineer designation or eligibility for licensure in Canada. A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in senior leadership, is required.
