This position is based in Kalispell, Montana, and provides leadership and oversight for our Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations. We are seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as Vice President / County Manager. This role leads all aspects of market operations, including personnel management, financial performance, business development, customer relationships, compliance, and operational excellence. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.7-10 years of relevant leadership, business management, title, escrow, banking, real estate, financial services, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous leadership and management experience required.Must obtain a Montana Producer's License within 90 days of hire and maintain licensing requirements.Must obtain a Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire.Must be at least 18 years old.Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR and background check.Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight.Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 pound
