Overview

The Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager at BNY will be a key player in managing highly complex debt capital market transactions. The role involves liaising with outside counsel, negotiating terms, and serving as the primary contact for internal and external parties regarding deal documentation and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Review complex specialized debt capital market transactions from initiation through closing
  • Liaise with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms
  • Ensure compliance with operational and documentation standards for existing transactions
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for specific products or country regulations
  • Provide innovative legal and commercial solutions to uphold enterprise documentation standards
