Vice President, Client Services About the Company Growing global provider of specialized administration, operational support, and investor services solutions. Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Services to join their team. The successful candidate will be the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic and complex client accounts, with a focus on client retention, service delivery oversight, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships. This role is highly visible and offers extensive interaction with senior leadership, as well as the opportunity to influence both client experience and organizational strategy. Key responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading governance meetings, and developing and executing client engagement and retention strategies. The Vice President will also be responsible for monitoring service delivery performance, addressing service-related risks and issues, and acting as the primary escalation point for significant client concerns. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in fund administration, alternative investments, client services, relationship management, or operations, with a background in supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, or other alternative investment clients. Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to challenge issues and drive accountability across teams. Experience in a similar senior role and a willingness to undertake occasional travel, primarily within the United States, are also necessary. Functions - Operations
