Overview

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Implementations to join their Client Activation Team within the Fund and Investor Solutions Platform in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves managing complex projects related to new business onboarding and conversions, collaborating with internal partners and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage project/program delivery for complex new business initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate client onboarding
  • Deploy governance and track project plans, assignments, and risks
  • Lead client conversion and change improvement initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across teams by collaborating with operations, product, and technology
  • Manage client expectations and evaluate scope creep and project changes

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of total work experience
  • Project Management Certification preferred
  • Experience in client-facing or project management roles
  • Domain experience in Fund Accounting preferred
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
