Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience in investment banking or a closely related occupation. Required experience must include five (5) years of experience in each of the following: exposure to M&A, financial modeling, and transaction processes; private equity, growth equity, principal investing including deal execution experience; financial Modeling & Valuation (LBO, DCF, M&A); Microsoft Excel including using complex formulas, scenario analysis, and data tables; using Microsoft PowerPoint to create clear, concise investor / IC presentations; financial due diligence & transaction execution for end-to-end M&A or PE deal processes; and, leading team members and managing multiple workstreams/ projects.
