Job Description

Overview

The Vendor Account Manager at Belami eCommerce will support and grow a portfolio of vendor partners within a fast-paced eCommerce environment. This role focuses on managing day-to-day account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, building strong partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and brand presentation.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in product assortment and promotions.
  • Quickly address account issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Support vendor onboarding, site audits, and cross-functional projects.
  • Use reporting tools and spreadsheets to track performance and measure success.

  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or account management
  • Experience with data and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with eCommerce fundamentals
  • Experience with tools like Excel, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or PIM systems is a plus
  • Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed
