Overview

OPENLANE is seeking a Vehicle Photographer to support their online auction platform. This role involves capturing vehicle information, launching vehicle profiles, providing client training, and maintaining customer relationships in various Ontario locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition
  • Launch new vehicle profiles on the mobile app for dealers
  • Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients

Required skills

  • 1-3 years experience in delivering customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technology
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to drive Manual Transmission
  • Experience in wholesale vehicle assessments (nice to have)
  • Previous sales or dealership experience (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (nice to have)
