Overview

LAZ Parking is looking for Valet Attendants in San Antonio, Texas, who are energetic team players with a passion for customer service. This role involves greeting guests, parking cars, and fostering a warm atmosphere, making it essential for candidates to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct traffic to maintain an organized flow of vehicles
  • Welcome guests and greet all customers by name
  • Open and close doors for customers upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests with luggage as needed
  • Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Provide each customer with a valet ticket and explain the retrieval process
  • Promote excellent customer relations with a positive attitude
