Job Description

Overview

As a Vac Truck Operator at Pro-Vac, you will join one of the largest Vac Truck fleets in the U.S., providing sustainable environmental services to communities. This role involves operating equipment, driving to various locations, and building client relationships, all while adhering to safety and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and operate Eductor/Vacuum/Pump trucks safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and organize tools
  • Ensure professionalism during customer interactions
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments
  • Lift and carry weights up to 80 lbs as required
  • Complete daily physical activities and adhere to safety protocols

Required skills

  • Licensed Class A or B CDL Driver with Tanker & Air Brake Endorsements
  • Experience driving manual transmission trucks
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with safety compliance and equipment operation
  • Teamwork and cooperation in diverse work environments
