Overview

The Utility Worker at SSP is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various work areas within the restaurant portfolio at Pittsburgh Airport. The role involves cleaning surfaces and equipment, assisting guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Create a positive guest experience by maintaining hygienic work areas
  • Clean and maintain all surfaces and equipment
  • Remove refuse to designated areas
  • Clear and reset tables between seatings
  • Wash dirty dishes by hand or using a dishwasher
  • Clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards
  • Assist guests with specific requests
  • Load/unload supply trucks and stock food items
