Overview

JRS Pharma LP is looking for a night shift Dextrose Utility II Production Operator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role is crucial for the safe and efficient production of materials, focusing on maintaining quality standards and collaborating with various teams in the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment to load/unload quality products
  • Assist operator on shift and train to be a relief operator for Dextrose operation
  • Process and package finished products as defined
  • Re-stack finished products and maintain cleanliness of plant equipment
  • Maintain accurate records and fill in for overtime as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Train new Dextrose Utility II personnel

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous production experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and control systems
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs
