Overview

Arizona Urology is seeking a collaborative and patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its established urology team in Phoenix and Glendale, AZ. This full-time role involves patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing urologic care, with responsibilities including call coverage in a team-based model.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct patient evaluations and treatment planning
  • Provide ongoing urologic care
  • Participate in call coverage as part of a team
  • Travel between outpatient clinic sites

Required skills

  • Advanced Practice Provider certification (NP-C/PA-C)
  • Experience in urology preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in spoken Spanish preferred
  • Collaboration and patient care skills
