Overview

Lancesoft INC is seeking a Urology Physician for a 3 to 6-month assignment in Silverdale, Washington, with potential extensions through 2026. The role involves providing general urology care in a modern clinic set in a picturesque coastal environment, with a supportive team and a focus on both patient consults and call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general urology care in clinic and on call
  • Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, uroflow/cuff & bladder scans, ureteroscopy & nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections
  • Manage patient volume with a minimum of 20% new consults and 80% callback patients
  • Participate in night call and 24-hour call on a 1:6 rotation
  • Collaborate with 2 RNs, a MA, a surgery scheduler, and 2 front office staff

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Urology or Board Eligible (0-5 years post-residency)
  • Active WA License or IMLC
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications required (can obtain if selected)
  • Clean malpractice history
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
