Overview

Cynet locums is seeking a Urology Physician to join its supportive and collaborative medical staff in Ohio. This role offers autonomy in scheduling and practice operations, with a focus on patient-centered care and mentorship opportunities, making it ideal for new graduates or experienced physicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide urological patient care with autonomy and schedule input
  • Perform surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
  • Conduct office procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, and biopsies
  • Utilize advanced equipment including da Vinci surgical robots
  • Collaborate with a strong subspecialty support team
  • Engage in mentorship programs for residents and new graduates
  • Manage a light call schedule primarily for phone consultations

Required skills

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain
  • DEA certification
  • Experience with EMR, specifically Cerner
  • Strong surgical skills including robotic surgery
  • Ability to work with a collaborative team
  • Competence in mentoring and teaching
