Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Part-Time Urgent Care Physician in Batavia, NY. The position offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities, focusing on bedside wound care in various facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Document clinical information in real-time during clinical rounds using proprietary EMR
  • Commit to a minimum of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles
  • Attend paid training and complete a 6-month wound care fellowship

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state
  • Experience in wound management
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Patient care experience
