Overview

The Universal Banker position at Midland States Bank in Vandalia, Illinois is focused on delivering excellent customer service while promoting the bank's products and services. Key responsibilities

  • Receive and verify cash and checks for deposit
  • Examine cash to guard against counterfeit bills
  • Provide accurate customer service and balance cash drawer
  • Assist with deposit account openings and maintenance requests
  • Develop sales and product knowledge to achieve personal and team goals
  • Participate in onsite visits to promote Employee Perks at Work Program
  • Engage in outbound teleconsulting to expand client relationships
  • Participate in weekly huddles and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations
