CFG Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing various banking transactions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service while adhering to bank regulations
  • Assist customers with Teller and Platform transactions
  • Promote bank products to enhance customer relationships
  • Conduct various branch settlement activities and audits for compliance
  • Manage ATM cash replenishment and reconciliation
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the branch and workstation

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related branch-banking experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of IRA account structures
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and time-management abilities
