Overview

The Universal Banker at Midland States Bank is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and assisting with various banking transactions. This position requires effective communication skills and knowledge of the bank's products and services, aiming to foster customer relationships and meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Receive and verify cash and checks for deposits, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Assist with the opening and maintenance of deposit accounts.
  • Develop sales and product knowledge to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Participate in outbound teleconsulting to expand client relationships.
