Overview

The Unit Marketing Manager at Aramark is responsible for supporting clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. This role connects Aramark's Marketing team with client locations to ensure that both client and consumer needs are met while adhering to the company's standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing research and data collection, including focus groups and competitive pricing analysis
  • Develop marketing plans and new strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
  • Execute annual campaigns and support business development with proposals and presentations
  • Coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing collateral
  • Build relationships with clients and community groups

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of product, marketing, or merchandising experience
  • People management experience for 2-3 direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure program impact
  • Strong interpersonal skills including presentation and public speaking
  • Proficiency in social media and MS Office products
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
