Good understanding of integration for all components in WFD like Business Structure, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration3. Experience with following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities4. Have good experience with integrations using Dell Boomi5. Experience with creating custom reports6. Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes etc.7. Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.8. Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.9. Develop documentation for systems and processes.Good-to-Have1. UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred)2. Experience in implementing / upgrading Kronos WFC and WIM interfaces. Experience with SQLs3. A self-starter and can deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.6. Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player7.
