Overview

The UCCE Area Director for Alameda and Contra Costa Counties will oversee the coordination and operation of UCCE programs in collaboration with county governments. This role involves leadership, supervision of staff, and a commitment to community engagement while enhancing the visibility of UCCE's impact in the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between UCCE and County Departments.
  • Secure county budgets and resources.
  • Supervise and manage personnel.
  • Communicate the value of UCCE's impact to partners.
