Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.Set-up and operate CNC controlled turret punch. Other duties also involve manual work and/or assembly duties that require the use of various hand tools, paint accessories, drills etc. Essential Job FunctionsSet up and operate Amada Turret Punch:Operates tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts.Load, operate, and manufacture a variety of parts to make custom parts according to customer orders and instructions written on Work Orders and blueprintsComplete project work as needed involving the assembly of parts that require the use of hand tools, paint accessories and mechanical devicesComplete work order paperwork Perform in-process inspection according to standard proceduresMaintain count and perform packaging duties as requiredParticipate in cross training activities to become knowledgeable of equipment/process within the departmentPerform routine daily machine maintenance including cleaning up and lubrication Job SummaryImplement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements.
